Short Title: Local Vote on Gaming After Statewide Vote

Ballot Title: An amendment to section 9 of Article XVIII of the Constitution of the state of Colorado, stating that in any city, town, or county which has been granted constitutional authority on or after November 3, 1992, for limited gaming within its boundaries, such limited gaming shall not be lawful unless first approved by an affirmative vote of the electorate of such city, town, or unincorporated portion of a county, and adding a new section 10 to Article XVIII to provide for the severability of constitutional provisions.
