Concerning exempting multi-serving liquid retail marijuana products from the sales equivalency limitation. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 12-43.4-404, amend (4) as follows: 12-43.4-404. Retail marijuana products manufacturing license. (4) (a) The retail marijuana product shall be sealed and conspicuously labeled in compliance with this article and any rules promulgated pursuant to this article. A multi-serving liquid must: (I) Be packaged in a structure that uses a single mechanism to achieve both child-resistance and accurate pouring measurement of each liquid serving in increments equal to or less than ten milligrams of active THC per serving, with no more than one hundred milligrams of active THC total per package; and (II) The measurement component is within the child-resistant cap or closure of the bottle and is not a separate component. SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. ________________________________________________________ Dickey Lee Hullinghorst Bill L.
