      also SENATOR(S) Tate, Woods, Martinez Humenik, Todd, Baumgardner,
      Carroll, Heath, Hill, Holbert, Merrifield.
      
      
      Concerning the authority of a licensed wholesaler to establish
           an employee purchase program under which its employees
           may purchase directly from the wholesaler alcohol
           beverage products sold by that wholesaler.
      
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, 12-47-406, add (1) (f)
      as follows:
      
           12-47-406.  Wholesaler's license. (1) (f)  Notwithstanding any
      provision of this article to the contrary, a wholesaler licensed
      pursuant to paragraph (a) of this subsection (1) may establish a
      program for its employees to purchase directly from the
      wholesaler vinous or spirituous liquors sold by that wholesaler.
      
           SECTION 2.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
