          CONCERNING THE CONVENING DATE FOR THE 2016
       SECOND REGULAR SESSION OF THE SEVENTIETH GENERAL
       ASSEMBLY. 
       
       
          WHEREAS, Section 2-2-303.5, Colorado Revised Statutes, authorizes
       the General Assembly to designate the convening date for the regular
       sessions by joint resolution; now, therefore,
       
          Be It Resolved by the Senate of the Seventieth General Assembly of the
       State of Colorado, the House of Representatives concurring herein:
          
       
       
       
       
       
       
       
       
       
       
       
       
          That, pursuant to section 2-2-303.5, Colorado Revised Statutes, the
       General Assembly designates Wednesday, January 13, 2016, as the
       convening date for the Second Regular Session of the Seventieth General
       Assembly.
