      SENATE BILL 15-168
      
      
      BY SENATOR(S) Lambert, Grantham, Steadman;
      also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Hamner, Young, Rankin, Fields, Ginal,
      Kagan, Melton, Pettersen, Ryden.
      
      
      Concerning a transfer from the intellectual and developmental
           disabilities services cash fund to the general fund for the
           2014-15 state fiscal year.
      
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, 25.5-10-207, add (6)
      as follows:
      
           25.5-10-207. Services and supports - waiting list reduction - cash
      fund - repeal. (6) (a)  On April 1, 2015, the state treasurer shall
      transfer two million fifty-nine thousand seventy-nine dollars
      from the intellectual and developmental disabilities services
      cash fund to the general fund.
      
           (b)  This subsection (6) is repealed, effective July 1, 2016.
      
           SECTION 2.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
