      also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Hamner, Young, Rankin, Brown, Fields,
      Ginal, Kagan, Kraft-Tharp, Lee, Lontine, Pettersen, Priola, Rosenthal,
      Ryden, Saine, Singer, Williams.
      
      
      Concerning a transfer from the marijuana tax cash fund to the
           general fund.
      
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, 39-28.8-501, amend
      as amended by Senate Bill 15-167 (4) (b) as follows:
      
           39-28.8-501.  Marijuana tax cash fund - creation - distribution
      - repeal. (4)  The state treasurer shall make the following transfers from the
      fund to the general fund:
      
           (b)  On June 30, 2015, three thirty million one eight hundred
      eight thousand three hundred sixty-nine dollars.
      
           SECTION 2.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
