Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Seventieth General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the Senate concurring herein: That in the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Representatives, Joint Rule No. 25, amend (b) and (e) (2) (B) as follows: 25.
