Concerning an amendment to the annual general appropriation act for the 2013-14 fiscal year to allow unspent moneys appropriated for the Colorado state capitol dome restoration project to be used for the next planned phase of the Colorado state capitol restoration. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. Capital construction appropriation to the department of personnel for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013. In Session Laws of Colorado 2013, section 3 of chapter 441, (SB13-230), amend Part X (2) as follows: Section 3. Capital Construction Appropriation.
