          CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF THE JOINT RULES AS THE
       TEMPORARY JOINT RULES OF THE SEVENTIETH GENERAL
       ASSEMBLY. 
       
       
          Be It Resolved by the Senate of the Seventieth General Assembly of the
       State of Colorado, the House of Representatives concurring herein:
       
          That the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Representatives of the
       Sixty-ninth General Assembly be made the temporary Joint Rules of the
       Senate and House of Representatives of the Seventieth General
       Assembly.
