          CONCERNING A CHANGE TO THE RULES OF THE HOUSE
       OF REPRESENTATIVES REGARDING THE NAME OF THE
       BUSINESS, LABOR, ECONOMIC, AND WORKFORCE
       DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE. 
       
          Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Seventieth
       General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
       
          That in the Rules of the House of Representatives, Rule No. 25,
       amend (a) (3) and (k) (1) as follows:
       
                  25. Committees
       
       (a)  Committees of reference of the House shall be:
       
            (3)  Business Affairs and Labor. Economic, and Workforce
                 Development.
       
       (k)  (1)  The committees of reference as listed in subsection (a) of
                 this rule shall be placed in the following categories for
                 the purpose of scheduling meetings:
