Representative McCann, sponsor, introduced House Bill 15-1142. The bill authorizes the public trustee of a county to conduct foreclosure sales through the internet or another electronic means, and allows for the collection of a specific fee for sales that are conducted electronically. The trustee shall publish information related to such sales electronically as well as through traditional means such as posting a physical document.
