Representative Williams and Representative Thurlow, sponsors, introduced House Bill 15-1343. The bill makes several modifications to the licensing of homeowners association (HOA) community managers. The bill clarifies and reduces the classifications of who must be licensed, streamlines examination requirements, provides protections for the community association industry during the licensing transition period, and aligns the cash fund structure.
