Concerning the state audit cycle of the emissions program for motor vehicles. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 42-4-316, amend (2) as follows: 42-4-316. AIR program - demonstration of compliance with ambient air quality standards and transportation conformity.
