The bill repeals the prohibition upon the sale, transfer, and possession of large-capacity ammunition magazines. The bill also repeals the requirement that a large-capacity magazine made in Colorado must include a permanent stamp or marking indicating that the magazine was manufactured after July 1, 2013. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal part 3 of article 12 of title 18. SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
