Services - eligibility - assistance provided - rules. (1) (e) (I.5) To the extent practicable, the duration of the child care authorization notice, as defined by rule of the state board, for a child who is enrolled in the Colorado child care assistance program must be the same as the child care assistance eligibility period for the child's family; except that, under specific, limited circumstances described by rule of the state board, including but not limited to job-search periods, the duration of the authorization notice may be less than the family's full period of eligibility.
