Appropriation to the department of higher education for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012. In Session Laws of Colorado 2012, section 2 of chapter 305, (HB 12-1335), amend Part VI (4), (5) (A), (5) (C), (5) (E), (5) (G), (5) (H), (5) (J), and the affected totals, as amended by section 1 of chapter 423 (SB 13-090) and further amended by section 11 of chapter 441, (SB 13-230), as follows: Section 2.
