      SENATE BILL 14-156

      also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Lee, Hullinghorst, Kagan, Kraft-Tharp,
      Mitsch Bush, Pabon, Pettersen, Ryden, Williams.
      
      
      Concerning a requirement that a public benefit corporation file
           an annual report.
       
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, 7-101-507, amend
      introductory portion (1) as follows:
      
           7-101-507.  Benefit report - definition. (1)  A public benefit
      corporation shall prepare a an annual report that includes:
      
           SECTION 2.  Applicability. This act applies to conduct occurring
      on or after the effective date of this act.
      
           SECTION 3.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
