Concerning an exception for certain water system facilities from the facilities that the commissioner of agriculture has a duty to inspect regarding pesticide storage. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 25-8-205.5, amend (3) (b) (I) as follows: 25-8-205.5. Pollution from agricultural chemicals - rules. (3) Powers and duties of the commissioner of agriculture. (b) The commissioner shall promulgate rules for the following: (I) Facilities for the storage of pesticides in bulk, except for facilities storing pesticides used for water treatment at public water systems, which are systems used to provide the public with piped water for human consumption, and domestic wastewater treatment works; SECTION 2. Safety clause.
