Concerning a two-year waiver from the target reserve requirement for the building regulation fund. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-75-402, add (11) as follows: 24-75-402. Cash funds - limit on uncommitted reserves - reduction in amount of fees - exclusions - repeal. (11) (a) For the 2012-13 and 2013-14 fiscal years, a waiver of the target reserve requirement specified in subsection (3) of this section is allowed pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection (8) of this section for all excess uncommitted reserves in the building regulation fund created in section 24-32-3309 (1) (a). (b) This subsection (11) is repealed, effective July 1, 2014. SECTION 2. Safety clause.
