Concerning the repeal of a portion of the definition of a pharmacy intern. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 12-42.5-102, repeal (17) (b) as follows: 12-42.5-102. Definitions. As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires or the term is otherwise defined in another part of this article: (17) "Intern" means a person who is: (b) Licensed as a pharmacist in Colorado or another state or territory of the United States and in good standing and making the clinical rotations of the nontraditional pharmacy program at the university of Colorado or a substantially equivalent program as determined by the board; SECTION 2. Safety clause.
