Concerning a clarification of the definition of veterinary premises in the "Colorado Veterinary Practice Act". Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 12-64-103, amend (17) as follows: 12-64-103. Definitions. As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (17) "Veterinary premises" or "premises" means any a veterinary office, hospital, clinic, or temporary location in which veterinary medicine is being practiced by or under the direct or immediate supervision under the direction and supervision of a licensed veterinarian. SECTION 2. Safety clause.
