      SENATE BILL 13-114

      also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Levy, Duran, Gerou, Hullinghorst.
      
      
      Concerning the designation of the racing cash fund as the
           appropriate fund into which certain racing regulation fees
           are deposited.
      
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, 12-60-506, amend (1)
      as follows:
      
           12-60-506.  Application - fee - waiver of confidentiality. (1)  In
      connection with the issuance of licenses or registrations, the commission
      shall establish investigation and application fees, which fees shall be
      credited to the racing cash fund created in section 12-60-205.
      
           SECTION 2.  Effective date. This act takes effect July 1, 2013.
      
           SECTION 3.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
