      SENATE BILL 13-271

      Tochtrop, Todd, Morse;
      also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Primavera, Ginal, Hullinghorst, Kagan,
      Labuda, Schafer, Young.
      
      
      Concerning funding for the address confidentiality program.
      
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-30-2114, repeal (4)
      (c) as follows:
      
           24-30-2114.  Surcharge - collection and distribution - address
      confidentiality program surcharge fund - creation - definitions.
      (4) (c)  No general fund moneys shall be appropriated for the purpose of
      implementing the address confidentiality program.
      
           SECTION 2.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
