          CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF THE JOINT RULES AS THE
       TEMPORARY JOINT RULES OF THE SIXTY-NINTH GENERAL
       ASSEMBLY. 
       
       
          Be It Resolved by the Senate of the Sixty-ninth General Assembly of
       the State of Colorado, the House of Representatives concurring herein:
       
                    That the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Representatives of the
       Sixty-eighth General Assembly be made the temporary Joint Rules of the
       Senate and House of Representatives of the Sixty-ninth General
