      Concerning a supplemental appropriation to the department of
           state.
       
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  Appropriation to the department of state for the
      fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011.  In Session Laws of Colorado 2011,
      section 2 of chapter 335, (SB 11-209), amend Part XX as follows:
