SENATE BILL 12-092 BY SENATOR(S) Jahn, Cadman, Boyd, Hodge, Hudak, King S., Tochtrop, King K., Williams S.; also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Liston, Barker, Holbert, Kerr J., Labuda, Ramirez, Schafer S., Tyler, Wilson. Concerning the use of a video display in a motor vehicle that is being operated on a roadway. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 42-4-201, amend (3) as follows: 42-4-201. Obstruction of view or driving mechanism - hazardous situation. (3) No A person shall not drive any a motor vehicle equipped with any television viewer, screen, or other means of visually receiving a television broadcast which is located in the motor vehicle at any point forward of the back of the driver's seat or which is a video display visible to the driver while operating the motor vehicle The provisions of is in motion.
