SENATE BILL 11-229 BY SENATOR(S) Steadman, Hodge, Lambert; also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Ferrandino, Becker, Gerou. Concerning increasing the statutory cap on administrative expenses for the school counselor corps grant program. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. 22-91-104 (6), Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended to read: 22-91-104. School counselor corps grant program - application - criteria - grant awards. (6) The department may expend no more than two three percent of the moneys annually appropriated for the program to offset the costs incurred in implementing the program. SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. ____________________________ ____________________________ Brandon C.
