Concerning the repeal of the pilot programs on the use of telemedicine, and making an appropriation therefor. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. Repeal. Part 7 of article 5 of title 25.5, Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed. SECTION 2. Repeal. 24-34-104 (41) (s), Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed as follows: 24-34-104. General assembly review of regulatory agencies and functions for termination, continuation, or reestablishment. (41) The following agencies, functions, or both, shall terminate on July 1, 2010: (s) The administration of telemedicine pilot programs by the department of health care policy and financing pursuant to part 7 of article 5 of title 25.5, C.R.S.
