      BY REPRESENTATIVE(S) Miklosi, Pace, Ryden, Frangas, Hullinghorst,
      Labuda, Pommer, Primavera;
      also SENATOR(S) Hodge, Carroll M., Tochtrop.
      
      
      Concerning the board of directors of Pinnacol Assurance.
       
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  8-45-101 (5), Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended
      BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW PARAGRAPH to read:
      
           8-45-101.  Pinnacol Assurance - creation - powers and duties.
      (5)  The board shall:
      
           (m)  Post the date, time, and location of each board meeting
      on the Pinnacol Assurance web site at least seven calendar days
      prior to the scheduled meeting.
      
           SECTION 2.  Effective date.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
      
           SECTION 3.  Safety clause.  The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
