Concerning the continuation of funding for supplemental on-line education services. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. Repeal. 22-2-130 (8), Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed as follows: 22-2-130. Supplemental on-line education grant program - legislative declaration - definitions - creation - eligibility - award - fund. (8) This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2010. SECTION 2. Repeal. 22-5-119 (6), Colorado Revised Statutes, is repealed as follows: 22-5-119. Supplemental on-line education services - legislative declaration - contract. (6) This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2010. SECTION 3. Safety clause.
