      BY REPRESENTATIVE(S) Massey, Merrifield, Middleton, Scanlan,
      Stephens, Apuan, Casso, Court, King S., Labuda, Schafer S., Solano,
      Summers, Vigil;
      also SENATOR(S) Spence, Johnston, King K., Steadman, Hudak, Newell,
      Schwartz, Whitehead.
      
      
      Concerning the continuation of funding for supplemental on-line
           education services.
       
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  Repeal.  22-2-130 (8), Colorado Revised Statutes, is
      repealed as follows:
      
           22-2-130.  Supplemental on-line education grant program -
      legislative declaration - definitions - creation - eligibility - award - fund. 
      (8)  This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2010.
      
           SECTION 2.  Repeal.  22-5-119 (6), Colorado Revised Statutes, is
      repealed as follows:
      
           22-5-119.  Supplemental on-line education services - legislative
      declaration - contract.  (6)  This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2010.
      
           SECTION 3.  Safety clause.  The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
