      BY SENATOR(S) White, Boyd, Carroll M., Foster, Gibbs, Heath, Hodge,
      Hudak, Keller, Morse, Newell, Sandoval, Schwartz, Shaffer B., Steadman,
      Tapia, Tochtrop, Whitehead, Williams;
      also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Pommer, Frangas, Gerou, Hullinghorst,
      Liston, Massey, McFadyen, Pace, Roberts, Scanlan, Stephens, Todd, Vigil.
      
      
      Concerning the repeal date of the office of the child's
           representative.
       
      
      Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
      
           SECTION 1.  Repeal.  13-91-107, Colorado Revised Statutes, is
      repealed.
      
           SECTION 2.  Safety clause.  The general assembly hereby finds,
      determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
      preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
