Bill Summary (Note: This summary applies to this bill as introduced and does not necessarily reflect any amendments that may be subsequently adopted.) Prohibits any fee from being charged on the filing of any report required to be filed in accordance with the requirements of the "Fair Campaign Practices Act", including without limitation any amendment or correction to any such report. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. 1-45-108, Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBSECTION to read: 1-45-108. Disclosure. (7) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no fee shall be charged for the filing of any report required to be filed in accordance with the requirements of this article, including without limitation any amendment or correction to any such report. SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
