Representative Buescher, prime sponsor, explained the provisions in House Bill 05-1333 regarding multiple-year financial obligations and distributed amendment L.002 (Attachment A) and a document entitled "Colorado Economic Recovery Act" (Attachment B) to committee members. Representative Buescher also distributed a General Fund overview (Attachment C) to committee members showing the amounts transferred via the SB 97-1 transfers should House Bill 05-1194 and the bonding measures be approved by voters during the November 2005, General Election. (This presentation was made under HJR 05-1057 along with the testimony following HJR 05-1057.)
