Senator Bacon explained that the difference between the House and Senate versions of SB 19 was the deletion of a reporting requirement, and that the Governor has indicated that he does not support the deletion of this report. He distributed a proposed conference committee report (CLSB019.001 - Attachment A). Senator Spence provided some history on the issue of school district data reporting.
