Sam Mamet, Colorado Municipal League, Colorado Counties, Inc., spoke in support of the bill. He described a court decision pertaining the City of Telluride's affordable housing ordinance and explained that a similar bill was postponed indefinitely in the 2001 special session pertaining to growth. He also spoke in opposition to Amendment L. 001 and responded to questions from the committee.
