Representative Cloer called the conference committee on House Bill 05-1131 to order. Senator Tochtrop distributed draft conference committee report CLHB 1131.001 (Attachment A) to the committee. She explained that the draft report accedes to the Senate amendments to the bill but strikes the portion of the bill that allowed individuals or their family members to donate unused medications to a pharmacy. Senator Tochtrop and Representative Cloer discussed the report and responded to questions from the committee regarding the limitation of the bill to residents of nursing facilities.
