Representative M. Carroll chaired the committee while Representative T. Carroll presented his bill to the committee. Representative T. Representative T. Carroll expressed a need to leave the committee hearing briefly and requested Chairman M. Carroll, following testimony, to lay over the bill until the end of the committee's calendar. The chairman granted his request.
