Representative Todd, prime sponsor, introduced Senate Bill 05-086 which provides a $200 recruiting bonus for each new enlistment to eligible persons who recruit new enlistments for the Army or Air National Guard. The bonus is subject to available appropriations. She provided Attachment N, SB-86: Concerning the creation of an incentive to recruit enlistments for the National Guard.
