03:15 PM -- Senate Bill 05-219

Representative Marshall told the committee that the committee has convened because concerns were raised regarding whether or not the bill received a fair public hearing at the hearing held earlier today. Because the committee voted to lay the bill over until May 12 early in the hearing, proponents for the bill did not get an opportunity to present their testimony.
