Mr. Tim Snyder, Colorado Association of School Executives and Colorado On-Line Learning Program, testified in support of the legislation. Mr. Snyder commented on the advantages of On-Line learning programs and urged the committee to support the legislation.

Mr. Tony Salazar, Colorado Education Association, testified in support of the bill and commented that this bill is good for the children. Senate Bill 05-139 will benefit districts by keeping children in school districts and enable these students to take courses that will prepare children for college.
