04:05 PM -- Pete Meersman, Colorado Restaurant Association, spoke in opposition to the bill and distributed a document to members. A copy was not made available to staff. He discussed the audit's findings.

Mary Lou Chapman, Rocky Mountain Food Industry Association, described the bill as a "revenue-raising" bill. She stated current statutory provisions are not always adhered to.
