The committee came back to order. Representatives Looper and Priola, prime sponsors, presented House Bill 12-1030. This bill, recommended by the Transportation Legislation Review Committee (TLRC), repeals certain transportation- and energy-related reports required to be submitted by the Departments of Public Health and Environment, Transportation, and Revenue to various committees of the General Assembly, including the House and Senate Transportation Committees, the Capital Development Committee, and the Transportation Legislation Review Committee. Representative Priola discussed the provisions of the bill. Proposed amendment L.001 was distributed to the committee (Attachment C). Representative Looper commented on the intent of the bill.
