Representative Ramirez, chair, called the meeting to order. A quorum was present. Representative Gerou, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 12-170. The bill allows personalized license plates sold by the License Plate Auction Group to have one single number or letter. Representative Gerou explained that the bill is a clean-up bill to House Bill 11-1216 and allows license plates to have a single letter or number. Representative Fisher asked for information about a one-position license plate.
