Representative DelGrosso, prime sponsor, explained the provisions of Senate Bill 12-083. He noted that the legislation allows Legislative Council Staff to study dynamic modeling to analyze the fiscal impact of proposed legislation. The committee discussed the use of dynamic modeling and the information resulting from the analysis of certain public finance legislation.
