Senate White, sponsor, described the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution 40 concerning wild horse and burro management. The introduced resolution urges the U.S. Bureau of Land Management to take certain actions concerning the management of these herds. She also described federal laws concerning the management of wild horses and burros on federal lands and wild horse and burro populations in Colorado.
