Concerning the use of moneys in the Colorado customized training program. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. 23-60-306 (3), Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW PARAGRAPH to read: 23-60-306. Colorado customized training program - creation - policy - functions of the state board for community colleges and occupational education. (3) (n.5) Moneys may be available from the Colorado customized training program for use in training potential employees, establishing programs related to training, and helping companies to train employees. SECTION 2. Safety clause.
