Senator Williams called the meeting to order. Representative Levy discussed components of the bill pertaining to a transit and rail advisory committee, intercity rail applications, and directions to the division to work cooperatively with other transit-related organizations. She further pointed out specific language included in the rerevised bill regarding eminent domain powers for the bill's proposed division.
