Wendell Pryor, Civil Rights Commission, introduced Dr. Delio Tamayo. Dr. Tamayo is the current chair of the Civil Rights Commission and is seeking confirmation for his second term. Dr. Tamayo discussed his background and his interest in civil rights. He talked about the challenges of leading the Civil Rights Commission.
