At the request of Sen. Tapia, JBC staff distributed a memo summarizing the statewide appropriations for FY 2005-06 for the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS).

Sen. Williams and Sen. Grossman requested additional regarding the extraordinary legal expenses for the Governor's Office. Sen. Tapia indicated that he would have more information on this topic for 2nd Reading.

Sen. Teck requested additional information regarding the total costs for CBMS to date.
