Senator Shaffer introduced his bill that would require contracts for the purchase and sale of property to indicate whether the property has ever been used as a methamphetamine laboratory. He provided a strike-below amendment to the committee (Attachment B). He presented a brief video to the committee. He responded to questions from the committee.
